Uhuru buys multibillion palatial home in expansive Dubai private island

President Uhuru Kenyatta has purchased a multibillion family holiday home in the Coveted United Arabs Emirates {Dubai}.

The palatial home is located at the heart of New Dubai commonly known as Dubai Marina.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood and one of the most expensive and luxurious areas in the world.

The area is a very large man-made marina fully equipped with upscale yachts cruising through area alongside other activities ranging from jet-skiing to skydiving.

Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, built along a three kilometers stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. In order to create the man-made marina, the developers brought the waters of the Persian Gulf into the site of Dubai marina, creating a new waterfront.

There is a large central waterway, excavated from the desert and running the length of the 3 km site. More than 12% of the total land area on the site has been given over to this central public space. Although much of this area is occupied by the marina water surface, it also includes almost 8 km of landscaped public walkways.

Uhuru Kenyatta’s property is said to be at the project’s largest development known as the Jumeirah Beach Residence ( JBR). JBR is the largest single phase residential development in the world and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels).

The news explains why Uhuru always makes several secret trips to Dubai where he is also said to have invested and bought other properties in Dubai City.
